This is going to be one of those days where pulling together the motivation to take care of the things you need to will be much harder. A lot of that stems from the fact that there's going to be other things you'd rather be doing. If you can come up with a rationale to put something off, it's easy to buy into that, though you're setting yourself up for some hectic moments in the aftermath, scrambling to get things done. Aggressively taking care of responsibilities earlier in the day can take a lot of the pressure off later on and it also allows you more time to actually enjoy the things you want to do, as there won't be that cloud hanging over you from the to-do list.
On the relationship end, you and others can have conflicting goals at times, which often can lead to criticism and struggles in getting on to the same page. Here it'll be easier if you can find others with closer alignment to what you're trying to accomplish for yourself. In some instances, you're going to want to "agree to disagree" with certain people, table the discussion, and don't do anything to strain relationships beyond that. There will be better times down the line to try to discuss these things with others and try to reach consensus, so don't feel compelled to force any issues with others today. Best of luck.

In terms of negotiation, you might be less likely to really state your preferences for now, which can impair your ability to get as much as you can. You don't want to be so passive that others walk over you or order you around. You also can't be so stern where you're saying no to everything either - you are going to want to get something for your efforts after all and you won't want to sit around all day. Finding the sweet spot of adequate value for adequate effort can be harder to sort out, but find a point somewhere in the middle and be okay with it. It's when you drift to extremes that talks with others tend to break down.
