The current energy is about trying to stand out in the best ways possible. This won't always be easy (and there might be some times where you're better off hiding in the shadows, especially coming off Mercury retro). But the desire will be there to succeed and to let everyone know about it. There can be more stress right now (at times self-inflicted), but more opportunity as well. So it's not the time to sit back if there's things you could be doing.
At the same time, this is also energy where comms can slow to a halt. You might even find yourself saying "I should contact this person about this thing I need (or need to tell them)." And then you don't. You might not be getting a heads-up on things you need to know about from others either. So the key here is to stay on your toes and be ready for things to get thrust at you, with no preparation. You aren't going to feel good in these situations, but the big goal is to make problems go away. Do what's necessary, clear it off your plate, and move on to something else less irritating. Worrying about what should've happened is only going to hold you back, so let things go and deal with reality. You'll be much better off for it. Best of luck.

When discussing things with others, you can't be too conservative, as you are going to need to get others on board. At the same time, you can't bullrush into situations either - you're going to need to think things through a little too. You're going to want to lock in on ongoing tasks here as well - this energy has a tendency to really throw a lot at you and taking any more on electively can lead to a scattered attention span. Do what immediately needs to be done first, then worry about what else is out there.
