Pluto was last in Capricorn from 1762-1778. Great changes happened in the world during that time. Countries changed! And Uranus is the planet of shock and awe! He has been in Taurus since 2018 and will remain until 2026. Taurus is an earth sign and rules such things as money, farming and food supply. Taurus hates change and Uranus brings it.
