Today's energy has that kind of vibe where others will tend to be more 'quiet' and to keep their ("real") thoughts and feelings to themselves... Most of all though, it's when those that took pre-cautions and put in the effort to make needed corrections BEFORE Mercury went retrograde will end up being rewards in ways way beyond their hopes or expectations.

Although that is not always clearly 'visible' when they may feel vulnerable or unsure how others are thinking and feeling...
