In a way, the problems that can arise today will give you some insight into the road ahead, particularly if you continue to put certain things off (especially on the maintenance or management end). It can be annoying, but can serve as a reminder why certain activities are important and why you need to make them a priority. So if something around you is giving you warning signs, get on it, solve the problems or stabilize the issue and make sure it's solid before you move on to something else. You do need to be a bit more mindful here of topic fatigue, where others might get to a point where they don't want to hear any more about something for a while. Be mindful if you seem to be obsessing about a particularly thing. Having multiple things in life going on at once will help a lot, though you can to hyperfocus on one at a time. Look to switch it up more frequently to keep others involved.
