The current chart is one that's going to facilitate different transitions we need to go through. A lot of times this can simple be through discovering good enough reasons to carry things through. A lot of times when we find stagnation, it comes simply through our own desire to stick with what we're doing, what's already comfortable, if not ideal. A chart like this opens us up mentally to the possibility of more. It can also clearly connect dots that make doing new things more palatable than sticking with the old ways.

You want to go about this without too much by way of expectations though. Explore and see what you get. But if you start setting certain parameters for what you'll consider satisfactory, that's when you'll start to be disappointed. It's that mental process of building things up in your mind that's the problem, not what you actually stand to gain, which might be fine, but suffers in that it's not what you were expecting. You can have a stronger inclination to work today, though in that, you'll also feel more inclined to tell others what to do. You might not always get others to go along with that though, particularly in situations where you lack the clout to do so. That won't stop you though. In your mind, you'll have a pretty clear vision of what you think you need to do to be successful and you'll expect others to go along with it. Working on being more persuasive can get you closer to the goal though.
