Monday is my birthday! I thought this year I would give myself a birthday month! I've never done that, but I've heard it's lots of fun! Every day for a month you get a gift. So I decided I would do that for myself. I've forgotten a few times and so far have some vitamins, a bath rug and shower curtain rings. I really need to up my game! LOL!! I do have the day off from work so maybe I can go out and have some fun!

This weekend is a good time to slow down, enjoy the people around you, and appreciate the little things. Many people will find that simple moments—sharing a meal, taking a walk, or having a meaningful conversation-bring the greatest happiness. There is also a gentle reminder to let go of stress that can wait until Monday. Balance work, fun, and rest, and you'll head into the new week feeling recharged.
